Welcome to Naituyral! The websites naituyral.ae and international.naituyral.com (collectively, the "Site") are owned and operated by Bhuum Fz. LLC in the United Arab Emirates ("we," "us," "our").
These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you ("you," "your"), and Bhuum Fz. LLC. By using the Site, clicking to accept or agree to the Terms, or by placing an order, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Modifications to the Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept the changes.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
You may use the Services only if you are at least 18 years of age. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Content and Reviews
By submitting content (reviews, photos, etc.), you grant Naituyral a perpetual license to use it for marketing and business purposes. Reviews must be truthful and not contain offensive language. We can monitor, edit, or remove any content at our sole discretion.
5. Product Information and Disclaimers
Accuracy: We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that descriptions or images are error-free.
Skincare Disclaimer (Important): Our products are for external use only. You must perform a patch test before use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Naituyral is not liable for any allergic reactions or individual results. It is your responsibility to read the ingredient list.
No Medical Advice: Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
6. Purchases, Pricing, and Availability
Your order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including pricing errors or stock issues. All prices are in local currency (e.g., AED) and include VAT. All products are subject to availability.
7. Payment
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, [e.g., Tap, Telr, Apple Pay, Google Pay]. All payments are processed by secure third-party payment processors.
8. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to the GCC countries: UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain. We partner with regional carriers such as [e.g., Aramex]. Shipping costs and estimated times are displayed at checkout. The risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
9. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Return Policy: In accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law, you may return unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective.
Defective Products: Contact us at support@naituyral.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photo documentation.
Refund Process: Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
10. Subscription Service
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring charges. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, NAITUYRAL'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCTS IN QUESTION. THIS LIMITATION SHALL NOT APPLY TO (A) LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE; OR (B) ANY OTHER LIABILITY WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Naituyral, its officers, directors, and employees from and against any claims arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the onshore courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
